The Rural & Francophone Immigration Pilot
The truth is, this pilot is not open yet....Let me tell you why.
This pilot has two main requirements,
1. That the hiring company be located in one of the designated communities
2. The the hiring company is a designated company While the list of designated communities is out already and various communities had released the priority occupations and industries specific to their needs.
The list of designated companies is not out yet though. We check this information regularly and no signs of when the list will be out.
As per our research at Questjobs, this pathway may open in June of 2025.
Hence, technically this pathway is not open yet. This does not mean though that you should not start searching for jobs under this pilot program, this is not strategic. Its always best to start searching for jobs as early as possible moreso that this pathway is only until Dec 31,2025.
Always customize your CV for every job listing. Never rule out the possibility that, you could be one of the reasons that a company processes its designation. This can happen. And as soon as the pilot actually opens, you are first in line. You are a priority.
There are 20 designated communities under the Rural & Francophone program. As per our experience at Questjobs, we approximate that there will be between 3000-3500 jobs at any given time in those communities with Kelowna BC as the top community with the most jobs. Timmins & Sudbury Ontario rank 2nd and 3rd.
The jobs under this PR pathway are now included in the portal and we update them on a daily basis.
Currently there are 10,000 jobs at Questjobs portal and you are welcome to search and apply to the 12 different pathways available.
