-
NOC 65200 – Food and beverage servers
-
NOC 65201 – Food counter attendants, kitchen helpers, related support
-
NOC 65310 – Light-duty cleaners
-

-

-
NOC 75110 – Construction trades helpers and labourers
Core Eligibility - Employees and Employers
To qualify under Nova Scotia’s Occupations in Demand stream, an employee must have a full-time, permanent job offer in Nova Scotia in one of the eligible OID NOC codes, be paid a sufficient wage, intend to settle in Nova Scotia, and—if the occupation is regulated—may need to obtain the appropriate license or certification.
Employers must be registered in Nova Scotia (commercial businesses in the Registry of Joint Stock Companies with a permanent establishment in the province under the Income Tax Act, or not-for-profits under the Societies Act), have been operating for at least two years in Nova Scotia, and remain fully compliant with IRPA/IRPR—including no wage deductions for immigration costs. Staffing or placement firms cannot act as the employer unless they hire the worker directly as a full-time, permanent employee.

Can staffing agencies sponsor?
Employment/placement agencies cannot act as the employer unless they hire the worker directly as a full-time, permanent employee of the agency. source
I drive outside NS as a trucker. Is that OK?
Yes—if your base is NS and the employer has physical premises in NS (with staff and trucks) where routes start/end. source
