QuestJobs posted jobs reached a milestone of over 35,500 PR eligible jobs across 22 PR Pathways and nine provinces.

Manitoba

Two September rounds delivered 4,258 invitations in total (including a large Sept 4 round with 3,347 LAAs).

Ontario

Sept 3 OINP issued 1,893 invitations across Employer Job Offer streams.

August highlights

New Brunswick: 1,052 invitations (Aug 11–19) across Skilled Worker and Express Entry streams.

Federal PNP-only Express Entry rounds: Aug 18 (192 ITAs, CRS 800) and Aug 6 (225 ITAs, CRS 739). Again, these are federal ITAs issued to already-nominated candidates.

July highlights

PNP-only Express Entry rounds on July 21 (202 ITAs, CRS 788) and July 7 (356 ITAs, CRS 750) reinforced the role of provincial nominations in mid-2025.

Translation for job seekers: Provincial invitations/LAAs (from the province) → lead to nominations → which then appear in federal PNP-only IRCC draws. Track both layers.

2025 PNP Nomination Allocations — What We Know (and What’s Left)

IRCC sets annual nomination allocations per province. Many provinces had reduced 2025 allocations versus 2024. Publicly confirmed allocations so far include,

British Columbia

4,000 nominations (50% cut from 2024). The province later reported +1,254 additional nominations granted by IRCC in 2025 to address priorities and backlog.

Manitoba

4,750 nominations in 2025. Manitoba also publishes monthly nominations issued (575 through August), which implies 4,175 remaining as of Aug; September issuance not yet posted to the same nominations           tracker at time of writing.

Other provinces with published 2025 allocations AB 4,875; SK 3,625; NB 2,750; NWT 150; YT 215 (others either not confirmed publicly at that time or not listed).

Where to Focus Your Job Search (QuestJobs Insight)

Fastest ITA route is PNP nomination (+600 CRS). For Non Express Entry route, applicants do not need 600 points as they can apply directly for PR. Example pathways are RCIP, FCIP, AIP.

Most practical first step is to secure a PR-eligible job offer with a participating employer in provinces running active PNP categories (e.g., Ontario, BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Atlantic provinces).

Search jobs on  QuestJobs by filtering NOC/TEER, province, and designation/eligibility signals to pinpoint roles that map to PNP or community programs. QuestJobs currently has 35,500+ PR-eligible jobs across 22 PR pathways nationwide. Start targeting employers aligned with your pathway instead of guessing on general job boards.

July–September Draw Log

Ontario (OINP): Sept 3 – 1,893 invitations (Employer Job Offer streams).

Manitoba (MPNP): Sept 4 – 3,347 LAAs; Sept 18 – 911 LAAs (total 4,258 for Sept).

New Brunswick (NBPNP): Aug 11–19 – 1,052 invitations.

Alberta (AAIP): 1,443 invitations across Sept rounds (cumulative 5,585 YTD reported).

BC (BC PNP): Frequent targeted ITAs; program noted allocation changes in 2025.

Federal PNP-only Express Entry: Jul 7 (356 ITAs), Jul 21 (202), Aug 6 (225), Aug 18 (192), Sept 15 (228), Sept 29 (291). (These require a provincial nomination first.)

How to use QuestJobs to Make Your PR Hunt Easier

Pick a province with active draws aligned to your occupation.

Filter jobs on QuestJobs by province + NOC/TEER + pathway signal (PNP/Community).

Target immigration-ready employers (some provinces publish “participating/designated employer” lists).

Apply with a pathway-aligned resume as per job description. Makes sure to use QuestJobs Ai job matching features and AI CV Analyzer.

When invited by the province, complete the nomination → then expect a federal PNP-only ITA soon after. Follow the "Roadmap" features of QuestJobs to process your permanent residency application.

What is the PNP (quick background)

Canada’s Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) lets provinces select candidates who match local labour needs. A provincial nomination adds +600 CRS to your Express Entry profile, which typically guarantees an ITA in a PNP-only federal draw. Provinces run their own draws (EOI/NOI rounds) and issue invitations/letters to apply for nomination; once nominated, you proceed to PR with IRCC.
